After many long years of looking as first time home buyers, Kristy’s knowledge and complete help was refreshing and so appreciated !! We were looking for a realtor that could work with us and our knowledge base as first time homebuyers in a competitive price range and market and Kristy stood above all else! She was so responsive to our needs, answered any and all questions and handled all communication with the sellers with ease. She came with property details in hand with copies for us, which we had not seen before working with other realtors. She had an extensive knowledge on the exact area and surround areas we were looking at . She even had answers about how to contact and start services for the house. Being first time homebuyers, there was no doubt that we were a nervous wreck at closing. She worked with me for several months, touring countless properties and staying in constant communication at all hours of the day. Her patience, responsiveness, and dedication never wavered. She truly listened to what I wanted and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.

Selling and buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people will ever make. Through careful research, we found Linda years ago and have used her several times. Linda is an amazing realtor with a unique ability to care for her client and have the grit to protect her client's interests. Even during her vacation she made sure I was able to view properties immediately. She is patient caring understanding and has the expertise. I was not an easy client, in the sense I was not exactly sure what I was looking for and Kristy didn’t get discouraged nor did I feel pushed aside for a more sure thing.

Linda was knowledgeable, obviously experienced, always responded promptly for any issue &/or questions, & clearly knew how to negotiate. FYI, I had many questions & needed guidance on the process, which Linda always provided promptly, whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening. When I was finished preparing the home for sale it was FHA approved. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent. Additionally, the bonus that one gets when dealing with Linda is her honesty & genuine effort to do her best for you.

Sean is very professional and made the selling experience very easy. House was listed on a Friday and 2 offers were completed by Sunday afternoon, just two days. House was listed on the higher side of the comps and full asking price was received. Sean had a photographer take beautiful pictures of the exterior and interior which really helped showcase the property. Sean gave us a few tips on how to make the house turnkey model ready which really worked well. The appointment App is really great as you are always notified of showings, inspections and appointments. Sean walked us through the pros and cons of both offers so we understood the best course of action for us. The timing of the closing was spot on. Sean and his administrative team made the closing process very easy, much easier than I expected with no hidden surprises. Everyone we worked with had great follow through, very timely and very pleasant. First rate organization I must say.
